∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Fabric Manufacture & Technology.
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Fabric Sourcing, Knitting and Dyeing, Team management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Profound knowledge in Dyeing Fabrications like Single Jersey, Pique, Terry,
∎ Fleece, Interlock, Rib, Lycra Rib, Brushed Back Fleece.
∎ To follow central planning and achieve target from in house and outsourced
∎ factories.
∎ Ensure on time delivery as per central planning with 100% quality including
∎ correct Dia, GSM and Shrinkage.
∎ Execute and monitor the production planning process including production
∎ order review, material shortage review, and inventory status.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in re-planning the delivery schedule based on
∎ the differences between planned and actual production.
∎ Source the knitting & dyeing production houses and ensure of the same
∎ following engagement rules & proper compliance with management system.
∎ Prepare daily machine booking & achieve the target as per the production
∎ schedule.
∎ Plan for production on the basis of order, floor capacity and time schedule of
∎ per day work load on the basis of monthly target.
∎ Responsible for developing an environment that will help in coordinating &
∎ monitoring daily production of knitting & dyeing based on the central planning.
∎ Coordination with head of production & central Planning team to keep pace with
∎ the daily achievement of planned target.
∎ Coordinate activities with the Yarn and knitting section and review the situation
∎ so that unnecessary time lapses can be avoided & on time fabric delivery is
∎ ensured.
∎ To ensure timely delivery of grey fabric from in and outsourced factories.
∎ Provide technical support as and when required.
∎ To show creativity in sample development and new concept or fabric.
∎ Maintain proper KPI target work with internal departments to ensure quality,
∎ production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in knitting & dyeing fabric sourcing.
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Pro-active, energetic and career oriented
∎ Able to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good computer skills; Microsoft office, Mailing.
∎ Good management skill to control his under command/Team.
