Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Computer Science & Engineering including BSc in (preferable Major in MIS or Software Engineer) CSE, CS, CSI, ETE, or EEE from any reputed University.
∎ Preferable Professional Certificate: ITIL, CCNA, MCSD, AWS, CISM, Oracle Database Administration Certifications, CompTIA Certificate, CICD or similar.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, structure and maintain the chamber's overall Information Technology infrastructure;
∎ Provide consultation to executive body of the Chamber as required and proactively initiate recommendations for IT and Communications solutions to achieve the goal of converting the operations to make DCCI the first ever Digital Chamber in Bangladesh;
∎ Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test the automation initiatives;
∎ Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical automation plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the Digital Chamber strategy;
∎ Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into the running and upcoming automation projects;
∎ Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop a sustainable automation solution;
∎ Provide daily technical support services to internal Chamber users in the office;
∎ Set up and track all Chamber-issued technical assets and other business communications equipment and software for the organization;
∎ Set up and accurately track the Chamber's active IT inventory;
∎ Efficiently maintain and troubleshoot in-house Boardroom Network and Equipment issues as required;
∎ Maintain the Chamber Website, all digital communications and Intranet Portals including EDMS, HRMS, etc.;
∎ Manage and improve the IT Infrastructure within LAN, WAN and W-LAN environments; Virtual Servers, Email Platforms, and Network Security.
∎ Vendor liaison for IT related solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts with various vendors, and managing any related software-integrity issues;
∎ Assist in the service outsourcing and recruitment process of the Chamber;

∎ Age Maximum 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HTML5, php, django, Flask framework, SaaS project, Mission Critical Web Application development and maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in IT Enabled Services and Digital service through Social Media.
∎ Analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skill, Team Leadership, Time Management will be considered as the adhering competence for the job
∎ Must be capable of budgeting and planning for Automation infrastructure development of the Chamber
∎ A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, pro-activeness and good communication skills is a MUST for this position. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not possess such skills.
∎ Proficient in Linux and Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange On-line.
∎ Formal Presentation skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen to interact with many different departments and decision makers within the organization
∎ Excellent business communication & negotiation skill in English
∎ Must possess Excellent Soft Skills and People Skills
∎ Experience with SaaS enterprise solutions
∎ Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
∎ Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
∎ Proficient in computer hardware, wireless technology applications and interface, IT security and IoT.
∎ Experience with integrations (e.g. AWS,Google, Facebook, Payment Systems)
∎ Management and leadership skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
∎ Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects for self and others
∎ Creativity, self-driven & must be business minded (as opposed to engineering minded)

∎ As per existing pay scale of DCCI
