Responsibilities & Context:
1. Lead ERP Project & Implementation:
Drive the full lifecycle of ERP implementation, ensuring all modules go live according to the established project timeline.
Monitor project milestones and mitigate risks to prevent deployment delays.
2. Stakeholder Management & Requirements Mapping:
Conduct comprehensive audits to identify and document all internal stakeholders' deliverables and functional requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and various business units (Construction, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure technical solutions meet departmental needs.
3. Operational Excellence & Delivery:
Establish a robust framework to ensure all internal deliverables are met with high quality and punctuality.
Manage cross-functional teams to align technical output with organizational deadlines.
4. Drive Continuous Improvement:
Optimize the ERP system post-implementation to ensure it achieves its core goals of driving process automation and continuous improvement.
Leverage data analytics within the ERP to identify bottlenecks and suggest strategic enhancements to business workflows.
5. Vendor & Partner Management:
Evaluate and manage the performance of external vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Ensure that all third-party service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that vendor outputs align with the company’s technical standards.
6. Other Responsibilities:
Lead, build, and mentor the IT & Automation department, defining its organizational structure, hiring roadmap, and capability development plan
Ensuring delivery of the ongoing ERP development project is on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Serve as the primary technology advisor to senior management, representing the IT function in leadership meetings and contributing to organizational strategy
Establish and enforce departmental policies, governance frameworks, and technology standards across the organization
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user systems
Act as the principal liaison between the ERP development team and internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications
Establish a requirements traceability process and facilitate regular project reviews to validate that ERP modules and workflows meet operational requirements
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and oversee post-go-live stabilization, user adoption, and continuous system improvement
Identify, escalate, and manage project risks, scope changes, and inter-dependency issues across all technology initiatives
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system changes or new implementations
Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend corrective actions as needed
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Identify and prioritize business process automation opportunities and oversee the implementation of workflow automation and system integration solutions
Drive digital transformation by modernizing legacy processes and introducing scalable, intelligent technology solutions
Oversee all software development activities, enforcing development standards, version control practices, and release management protocols
Develop and enforce IT security policies, data protection protocols, and disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Define KPIs and success metrics for all IT, automation, and development initiatives and report outcomes regularly to senior leadership
