∎ Master's in any discipline (Management preferable) from any reputed Public or Private University.
∎ PGD in HR will be added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Core HR Knowledge
∎ Educational Qualification may be relaxed for an experienced candidate.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor law,KPI Based Performance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee and manage KPI based performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process in time.
∎ Support current and future business needs development the manpower as human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment in all departments.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Oversee the overall HR Operational activities as a Head of the Department.
∎ Any other responsibilities as required by the Management.

∎ Age 35 to 55 years

∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
