Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters with major in Human Resource Management from highly reputed universities.
∎ Candidates having any third class/division/equivalent GPA need not apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Ideal Candidate should have a proven ability to:
∎ Develop and maintain the Human Resources Policy in line the institution's strategic plan and ensure the institution's direction on employee relations, hiring and retention of potential employees.
∎ Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Develop and implement HR programs that support business objectives including competitive compensation and benefit programs, regulatory compliance programs, organizational development programs, payroll administration and employee record management
∎ Develop the strategy for recruiting and retention of potential employees.
∎ Develop and manage the Performance Management program for the institution.
∎ Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee by developing KPI; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Handle the Disciplinary Action process and well conversant with the law of land including Labor Law
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 10 to 12+ years practical experience in human resource department in a Bank / NBFI with at least 3 years' experience as Head of Human Resource Management.
