Sound knowledge in Vetting, Drafting, NI Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain etc.
Able to work in any place of the country.
Enrolment as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference.
Proficiency in both Bengali and English, written and spoken, is essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), the first Islamic Shariah-based Financial Institution of the country is looking for a Recovery Officer (Legal).
Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring of Legal Cases and Legal Matters.
Review all documents which have legal implication.
Follow up court cases/attend court & support the lawyers in respect of court cases filled by and against IFIL.
Drafting of legal documents/deeds/agreements etc.
Give Legal Opinion and Legal Vetting Review Investment and Mortgage document against investment granted to the customers and ensure that, they are in order.
Attain Court and argue cases on behalf of IFIL.
Any other job/responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority.
