Job Context:
∎ Position Title : Head of HR
∎ Job Grade : General Manager/ Executive Director
∎ A local Bangladeshi conglomerate include construction, real estate, communication, entertainment, hospitality, and garments looking for "Head of HR".
∎ The incumbent must work as strategic partner of the business so that the organization gets the advantage from the internal and external business environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning for the next year before ending of the current year aligning with the annual business plan.
∎ Devising the sourcing strategies to ensure on time supply of the manpower with the required competencies.
∎ Actively sourcing the senior level positions.
∎ Lead the acquisition process to ensure the achievement of the hiring metrics.
∎ Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process to give a 'WOW' feeling to the new employees.
∎ Effective HR Planning to be in place before the year ending aligned with of the organizational objective/s.
∎ Prepare HR budget to ensure the success of the HR plan.
∎ Supervise the payroll process to ensure on time disbursements.
∎ Managing the end to end performance management process. Designing the KPIs, cascade down to the individual level, designing the monitoring process, evaluation and merit increase.
∎ Disciplining the employees.
∎ Handle the disciplinary issue and consequence management.
∎ Employee lifecycle management.
∎ Conduct job evaluation analysis on a regular basis to find out the GAPs aiming to extend necessary resource support.
∎ Continuous review of the HRIS portal and suggest for improvements.
∎ Employee communication as and when required.
∎ HR Team alignment for achieving the functional objective/s.
∎ Designing and updating the policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain a strong communication channel with the HODs and functional leaders.
∎ Review, design and update the compensation structure to make sure the market alignment.
∎ Leading the resource development program.
∎ Designing L&D calendar and ensure the L&D metrics including training hours are achieved.
∎ Organizing L&D events on a regular basis.
∎ Finding internal talents and HiPo and subsequent planning for their development.
∎ Leading the IDP process.
∎ Resource building initiatives and developing employee career progression scopes.
∎ Design and implement the HR best practice.
∎ Work build a performance culture inside the organization.
∎ Designing the engagement goals alignment with the engagement framework of the organization.
∎ Designing engagement calendar.
∎ Leading the internal and external employer branding process.
∎ Representing the organization in different forums.
∎ Conduct engagement and satisfaction surveys.
∎ Designing strategies to implement the findings of the surveys.
∎ Managing employee grievance and resolution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Proficient in Employment Law of the land.
∎ An in-depth knowledge and hands on experience in core HR functions.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Strong analytical and presentation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work with Top Management.
∎ Leadership and Team Management skills
