Responsibilities & Context:
Support the execution of Organizational Development (OD) initiatives aligned with business strategy and transformation priorities
Contribute to the design and implementation of performance management systems, KPIs, and competency frameworks
Support the development, standardization, and implementation of HR policies, and SOPs
Assist in Talent Management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, and capability development initiatives
Coordinate the annual Performance Appraisal process, ensuring structured planning, execution, documentation, and timely completion across all departments
Develop HR reports, dashboards, and insights using advanced Excel to enable data-driven decision-making
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organization-wide culture development programs
Support and prepare yearly training plan planning (YTP) and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) and training programs, including Training needs assessment, scheduling, coordination, and evaluation
Facilitate leadership, functional, and behavioral training initiatives aligned with organizational capability requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance coordination, alignment, and operational effectiveness
Support HRIS operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective system utilization for reporting and analytics
Assist HR leadership and line managers in day-to-day people management and strategic HR initiatives
