Responsibilities & Context:

  • Support the execution of Organizational Development (OD) initiatives aligned with business strategy and transformation priorities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of performance management systems, KPIs, and competency frameworks

  • Support the development, standardization, and implementation of HR policies, and SOPs

  • Assist in Talent Management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, and capability development initiatives

  • Coordinate the annual Performance Appraisal process, ensuring structured planning, execution, documentation, and timely completion across all departments

  • Develop HR reports, dashboards, and insights using advanced Excel to enable data-driven decision-making

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organization-wide culture development programs

  • Support and prepare yearly training plan planning (YTP) and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) and training programs, including Training needs assessment, scheduling, coordination, and evaluation

  •  

  • Facilitate leadership, functional, and behavioral training initiatives aligned with organizational capability requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance coordination, alignment, and operational effectiveness

  • Support HRIS operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective system utilization for reporting and analytics

  • Assist HR leadership and line managers in day-to-day people management and strategic HR initiatives
