Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or any reputed University (Private/Govt.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience to handle 40 -50 tons production as a dyeing head.
∎ Ensure Dyeing expecting production per day from per machine. a) Avr. Colour-3 batch unload, b) White-6 batch unload, c) Black-3 batch unload, d) Critical or D/Dyeing all color unload, e) 2 batch from each color.
∎ Must have experience and good knowledge all type of dyes & Chemical.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.
∎ Good knowledge on knit dyeing, dyeing machine capacity, Cotton & Polyester dyeing, single jersey, lycra jersey, terry, fleece rib dyeing.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Monitor in preparing a necessary receipt for production and obtain lab-dip approval for meeting with buyer's requirements and standard in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Have to sound knowledge on knitting yarn like- Cotton, CVC, Pc, cotton-polyester yarn.
∎ Everyday listed all work gap and discus with team member for further development.
∎ Give technical instruction as per Lab dip/Standard.
∎ To check every lot shade with approved Standard.
∎ To maintain correct result with data color m/c (Before unload shade).
∎ Follow up dyeing process as per SOP, give finishing instructions after unload fabric/shade.
∎ Ensure correct recipe, color combination & adjustment.
∎ To ensure fabric production quality (styling, measurement, shade, color etc) and all technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirements.
∎ Ability to understand potential risk factors for bulk production.
∎ To provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising staffs, factories, and production team members.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on Dyeing production and shade matching.
