∎ Age 45 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Over all InCharge of Dyeing production, Dyeing finishing, Dyeing Planning, Operation control and monitoring the product and the process
∎ To improve the Dyeing process & reduce RFT time;
∎ Ensure Production of every m/c as per Target with Customer requirements.
∎ Supervising Dyeing lab with In-Charge and his team & help them in making Dyeing recipes
∎ Intending of chemicals and dyes for a particular period
∎ Responsible for QC of textile chemicals and dyes before running in production
∎ Coordinate with other Dyeing / Finishing related department
∎ Monitor and supervise start & control of machines and equipment from wash, bleach, total dye process and total care of finish fabrics
∎ Provide support for approval and maintenance of equipment related to the Dyeing department and training of staff in the department.
∎ Any other assignment has been given by the management from time to time.
