Key Responsibilities
· Leadership & Strategy
· Define and execute the overall digital marketing vision and strategy for the company.
· Align digital marketing campaigns with sales and business growth objectives.
· Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.
· Digital Campaigns & Sales Growth
· Oversee all paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube) ensuring high ROI.
· Design performance-driven campaigns to increase product sales on e-commerce platforms (company website, social shops).
· Build and strengthen the brand image and online reputation in Bangladesh and global markets.
· Market Intelligence & Innovation
· Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer insights to predict beauty/skincare trends.
· Develop and manage influencer, celebrity, and affiliate marketing partnerships.
· Implement new digital tools, automation, and growth hacking techniques.
· Analytics & Reporting
· Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
· Provide monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable insights to senior management.
· Ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
· Collaboration & Leadership
· Work closely with Sales, Branding, and Product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
· Mentor and develop digital executives, content creators, and campaign managers.
· Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal use of marketing spend.
Requirements
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Diploma in Digital Marketing.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with 3+ years in a leadership/department head role.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale campaigns with strong sales results.
Deep understanding of Bangladeshi consumer behavior in the skincare/beauty industry.
Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC, programmatic ads, and digital analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
Established connections with influencers and PR agencies in Bangladesh.
Knowledge of international e-commerce strategies for scaling brands.
Strong creative and analytical mindset.
