Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Environmental Science, or related field.       

  • Professional certifications in Compliance, Social Responsibility or Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, ISO, C-TPAT) are highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor compliance staff.        

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal departments, buyers, and regulatory authorities.       

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment, audit preparation, and CAP resolution.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead compliance programs across all factories and employees to ensure 100% adherence to social, environmental, safety, and security standards.

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits to achieve zero major non-conformities and maintain buyer trust.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and systems to align with local laws, international standards, and buyer codes of conduct.

  • Oversee the compliance team’s performance, mentoring staff to enhance skills, efficiency, and accountability.

  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to identify potential labor, environmental, and supply chain risks and ensure timely mitigation.

  • Ensure timely preparation and execution of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to resolve audit findings and maintain regulatory compliance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers, auditors, and regulatory bodies to support strategic partnerships and operational transparency.

  • Drive sustainability and safety initiatives across factories to improve environmental performance, worker well-being, and operational excellence.
