Factory Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing, leading and controlling of compliance issues of the company
∎ Responsible for guiding the management to reach strategic plan
∎ Responsible for complying with all types of legal and buyer's requirements.
∎ Ensure that all Environment Health and Safety (EHS) issues as per best practice.
∎ Participate in all types of routine employee disciplinary matters and IR/Labor Relations matters.
∎ Organize and conduct Workers Participation Committee meeting effectively.
∎ Maintain proper communication with all legal authorities.
∎ Monitoring and take action to update all necessary Audits/Licenses before expire of certificate / permit
∎ Monitoring the housekeeping, Chemical Safety. Electrical Safety, Fire Safety and Environmental Safety issues of the Company
∎ Provide necessary training & awareness on compliance, health & safety and others related issues
∎ Responsible for ensuring company financial, customer support, Process and team development related targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be good at Communication
∎ Must be tech savvy
∎ Must be good at Bengali and English typing (written communication)
∎ Must be good at MS Excel
Salary:
∎ Tk. 120000 - 240000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be based upon the quality of the candidate.
