• Prepare Marker Plan (size break down) as per buyer requirement.  

• Checking marker related all report before making marker like (Fabric shrinkage & Fabric width report).   

• Arrange the most efficient consumption for each orders/style using CAD software.

• To do work out fabric consumption by CAD System.

• Marker making, marker output and delivery.

• Time to time delivery marker with cutting section.

• Ability to correct the marker as per requirment.

• Maintain marker quality based on QAD mention fabric quality report.

• Solve the Marker & consumption related technical issues.     

• Do the Pattern grading.   

• Adjust the pattern to do the fabric consumption correctly.       

• Do the model on Optitex system fabrication wise correctly.        

• Maintain detailed records of marker consumption, adjustments, and relevant information version wise for future reference.  

• Record and organize feedback from other teams.

• Keeping daily, weekly & monthly consumption report.

• Any other task assigned by management.
