∎ Master in any discipline form any reputed university/ MBA in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The Business Head will meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. His/her responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successfully execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets.
∎ It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in presentation, proposal documentation, tender participation, negotiation, business communication, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target and managing and mentoring the sales team.
∎ Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients and prospects.
∎ Analyses markets to find out opportunities for new business and generate leads.
∎ Plan and drive activities to achieve targets.
∎ Learn the technical and business aspects related to current and upcoming features.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Operation, and other concerned teams to drive results.
∎ Lead, inspire and co-ordinate the contact center management team at all levels to create motivated and engaged colleagues.
∎ Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting, regional & area meeting and evaluate field forces performance.
∎ Identify opportunities in the international market by analyzing on the products characteristics and target countries.
∎ Be responsible for the end-to-end customer contact processes and their associated customer experience, supporting cross company initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints.
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, counseling with client, corporate sales meeting arrange, Tale-marketing, customer relation develop, Other sales, marketing related works.
∎ Identify market- opportunity & target customer, generate innovative ideas for building brand equities and develop sales forecast.
∎ Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and developmental opportunities.
∎ Prepares a monthly marketing activity report and attend at monthly management meetings.
∎ Developing and implementing yearly Marketing Plan and Cycle Plan.
∎ Preparing annual promotional budget and sales forecast.
∎ Guiding sales team members to develop promotional tools to help in attainment of organizational and sales objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 10 years' experience in Sales & Marketing activities.
∎ At least 3 years' experience for Strategic & Planning Post
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skill.
∎ Have continuous learning attitude.
∎ Must have the experience and attitude working in Dhaka and Chattogram Division.
