Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Prepare detailed Business Plan and formulate Sales Strategies for the region.
∎ Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region. Ensure order collection and sales in maximum number of outlets
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution
∎ To ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance company products
∎ To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
∎ Execute all the sales and promotional activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have knowledge in planning and forecasting
∎ Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Have excellent presentation skill.
∎ Have continuous learning attitude.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel etc.
