• Authorized Representative (AR) Certificate from DSE/CSE will be considered an advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Sound knowledge of equity market operations, trading systems, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead multiple business teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office, trading platforms, and client management software.

Benemoy Securities Limited, a reputed and fast-growing brokerage house providing full-range capital market services, is looking for a visionary, result-oriented, and experienced professional to join as Head of Business. The position requires strong leadership in business development, client acquisition, branch management, and trading operations to accelerate growth and ensure strategic expansion in the capital market.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute overall business development strategies for the brokerage house.

• Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutions, and corporate clients.

• Supervise and guide the trading, sales, and branch teams to achieve business targets.

• Develop and implement effective marketing and client retention strategies.

• Oversee branch expansion, agent operations, and sub-branch performance.

• Analyze capital market trends, prepare business forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations to management.

• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with BSEC, DSE, CSE, and CDBL regulations.

• Coordinate with the Research, Accounts, Compliance, and IT departments to ensure operational excellence.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for business teams.

• Represent the company in external meetings, corporate events, and investor relations activities.

• Prepare and submit periodic business performance reports to top management.

• As per company policy.
