Corporate Credit related work experience in Banks, NBFI or Credit Rating Agencies for 5-7 years
Preferrable Skill-set
Education / or certifications related to Finance, Economics, Accounting and Risk Management
Concurrent with macro-economic conditions and business / commerce situation
Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills

Job Purpose:
Prepare corporate credit / investment proposals.
Job Description / Responsibility
The Primary responsibilities are:
Prepare corporate credit / investment proposals with detailed analysis.
Analysis may include but not limited to – comprehensive financial analysis, assessment of borrower repayment capacity, identification of risk and appropriate mitigations, industry performance, current economic scenario, impact of government regulations and policies on the borrowers’ businesses, adherence to prudential regulations, and covenants etc.
Originate and review of internal risk ratings and ICRRS Ratings.
Generate Environment and Social Risk due diligence (ESDD) rating with updated compliance status and compliance of Sustainable Finance Policy (SFP).
Liaison with other departments, customers and efficient management of turn around time.
