Post-Graduation from any reputed Public/ Private University or College with minimum Second Class/division in all examinations. No 3rd division/ class is allowed.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Master’s degree from a UGC-approved university.·
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in CMSME/SME monitoring, collection or recovery in Banks/NBFIs.·
Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
Proven experience in delinquency management and portfolio control.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve delinquency and NPL reduction targets as set by the Management.
Design and implement a comprehensive modus operandi for CMSME Monitoring & Collection activities.
Establish and oversee an effective Early Warning System (EWS) for portfolio risk management.
Conduct bucket-wise delinquency monitoring and corrective action planning.
Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal and Recovery teams to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare MIS, portfolio analysis and management reports on a regular basis.
