Seniority: Senior Manager-Assistant General Manager
Department: Corporate Business
Develop and implement the corporate advisory strategy in line with the IPDC’s overall business plan and Bangladesh’s regulatory environment.
Build and lead a skilled advisory team with strong execution, compliance, and client coverage capabilities.
Strengthen the IPDC’s positioning as a trusted advisor to large corporates, multinational companies, financial institutions, and sponsors operating in Bangladesh.
Leverage the IPDC’s existing corporate and institutional client base and solicit new clients to originate advisory mandates including merging and acquisition.
Maintain senior-level relationships with sponsors, boards, promoters, regulators, and investors.
Support relationship managers in cross-selling and closing advisory and structured finance solutions.
Build, lead, and retain a high-performing Corporate Advisory team.
Set clear roles, performance goals, and accountability.
Ensure development of team members in different advisory services.
