Experience:
Technology Infrastructure
Oversee existing technology infrastructure (networks, applications and computer systems) to ensure, “always on”, service delivery for customers and employees
Manage solution development of computer infrastructure in upgradation or new system/application projects.
Assure appropriate backup and recovery of all systems.
Compliance, Control & IT Security
Develop, interpret and enforce banking regulations and Company policies across all technical and data processing activities
Develop systems standards, specifications and approved software, and recommends upgrades where and when appropriate.
Maintain appropriate licenses and warranties for computer hardware and software.
Responsible for cybersecurity oversight and incidence response plan
Maintain a viable Technology Business Recovery and Disaster Plan
Project Management and Business Transformation
Responsible for the project management of all IT related projects. Coordinates and controls all projects related to selection, acquisition, development and installation of information systems. Proactively communicates with users and stake holds so that changes, enhancement, etc. are implemented in a manner that allows for thoughtful rollout (planning, communication, training, notice period, etc.). In addition, provides guidance to the business partners on their technology projects or questions.
Lead and deliver business process re-engineering and organizational restructuring.
Work closely with Management Committee for coordinating, monitoring and reporting of organization-wide initiatives.
Strategy, Governance & Team Building
Advise Executive Management on opportunities and risks associated with technology
Act as a trusted advisor by building and maintaining relationships with business unit leaders
Direct IT sourcing, provide executive oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management, and negotiate contracts with technology vendors and service providers
Manage and develop staff, including scheduling, assigning and directing work; orienting new employees; overseeing or conducting training; coaching; completing team responsibility for evaluating and appraising work; addressing complaints and resolving problems and ensuring quality of work.
Work closely with the Business and Support Functions to develop all architecture, engineering & operations to achieve strategic initiatives.
Provides leadership, coaching and direction to the IT leadership team and staff
