JSK Group, a reputed and diversified business organization, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager (Hospital & Diagnostic Centers) to oversee and manage all hospitals and diagnostic centers under the group. The position requires strong leadership to ensure operational excellence, quality healthcare delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth across all facilities.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee overall operations of all hospitals and diagnostic centers under JSK Group
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements
Supervise center heads, doctors, technologists, nursing, and administrative teams
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control
Coordinate with HR, procurement, marketing, accounts, and IT departments
Improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Lead expansion, new project implementation, and service development initiatives
Prepare performance reports and present updates to senior management
Handle audits, inspections, and external stakeholder coordination
