Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Promote hospital services, retirement home facilities, and palliative care programs to physicians, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Develop and maintain strong referral networks with physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and corporate partners.
Conduct awareness programs on elderly care, chronic disease management, palliative support, and end-of-life care.
Organize medical camps, health check-ups, caregiver awareness sessions, and community outreach programs to promote healthcare services.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers, NGOs, religious institutions, and community leaders.
Follow up with referring physicians and families to ensure satisfaction, trust, and continuity of patient care.
