• Diploma in Medical Technology in Radiology & Imaging

• Additional Training or Qualifications in a relevant discipline will be given preference.

• 1 to 2 years

• Only Male

• Experience: The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital

Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka

Responsibilities & Context:

• Patient Care & Preparation
• Verify patient identity and examination request
• Explain the procedure and obtain consent
• Position patients correctly for imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety
• Apply radiation protection measures (Lead apron, Shielding)
• Screen female patient for pregnancy before exposure

Performing Imaging Procedures

• Perform X-ray examinations
• Operate advanced imaging equipment such as:
• CT scan
• MRI
• Ultrasound (if trained)
• Follow physician’s instructions for required views
• Ensure proper image quality before sending to radiologist

Equipment Handling & Maintenance

• Operate and adjust imaging machines
• Perform routine quality control (QC) checks
• Report faults or technical problems
• Ensure radiation safety compliance

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain patient records
• Enter data into the systems
• Label and store images properly
• Assist radiologists during interventional procedures

Radiation Protection & Safety

• Use personal dosimeter
• Ensure protection of staff, patients, and attendants
• Maintain compliance with regulatory authority guidelines

Professional & Ethical Duties

• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Continue professional development (CPD)
• Follow hospital policies and ethical standards
