Responsibilities & Context:
Provide primary and emergency medical care to patients admitted to the facility.
Monitor patient conditions, review medical records, and ensure proper treatment plans are followed.
Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare staff for effective patient management.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment when required.
Supervise junior medical staff and ensure proper clinical protocols are maintained.
Maintain accurate patient documentation, prescriptions, and treatment records.
Ensure infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies are strictly followed.
Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and medical updates.
Participate in hospital rounds and assist consultants in clinical procedures when necessary.
Indoor Patient Ragular Follow-up and General Treatment.
