Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Medical Director, Labaid Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Centre
Job Description:
Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and quality.
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate medical staff and clinical performance.
Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
Lead clinical governance, risk management, and patient safety programs.
Review and resolve clinical incidents, complaints, and medico-legal issues.
Collaborate with hospital management to improve clinical services and operational efficiency.
Support the development of new clinical services and promote continuous medical education and research.
Job Location : Dhaka
Job Nature : Full Time
Education : MBBS with a postgraduate degree from a reputed Medical College.
Experience : 10 years of experience in clinical management in hospitals.
Salary : Negotiable.
Age: Age below 55 yrs.
