• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• For experienced candidates, the educational qualification may be relaxed.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Context

Bangladesh Eye Trust Hospital is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Marketing Officer to promote the hospital's services, expand patient outreach, and strengthen referral networks. The selected candidate will play a vital role in implementing marketing strategies, building professional relationships, and achieving organizational marketing objectives.

 Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital's services.

• Identify and execute initiatives to attract new patients and increase service utilization.

• Build and maintain referral networks with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

• Liaise with hospitals, corporate organizations, NGOs, and other relevant institutions to establish collaborative relationships.

• Conduct target-based field visits and marketing activities.

• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
