- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare service organizations is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Operation Theatre (OT), CSSD, or surgical services management will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of OT operations, CSSD management, infection prevention and control, and hospital quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation will be an advantage.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated OT Manager to lead our Operation Theatre (OT), OT Store, and CSSD teams while ensuring operational excellence, patient safety, and compliance with hospital quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operation Theatre (OT) department and provide overall supervision and direction to all OT staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all operation theatres.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower is available at the right place and time.
- Act as a patient advocate by promoting safe, high-quality patient care and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving patient care and enhancing the overall patient experience.
- Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of patients, employees, consultants, and visitors.
- Maintain effective and professional communication with consultants, patients, and their relatives.
- Provide leadership and operational management to the OT, OT Store, and CSSD teams to ensure efficient service delivery and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Fire Safety, and other hospital policies and procedures.
- Organize and coordinate regular fire drills and safety training programs in accordance with government regulations.
- Deploy staff and resources efficiently in line with organizational policies.
- Support the OT Committee and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in developing strategic and operational plans and service improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous quality improvement to ensure excellent service for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct training programs for OT, OT Store, and CSSD staff to improve performance and professional competency.
- Ensure strict compliance with Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection among patients and staff.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
