Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering in Graphic Design
∎ Minimum Diploma in Graphics Designing, Visual Arts, or related field from any reputed institute.
∎ Skills Required: Graphics Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CLO 3D, Graphics Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have enough knowledge about Graphic designs and the application.
∎ Should know about all sorts of prints quality and the embroidery/applique designs.
∎ Should have ability to give strike-off approval based on the art and pantone number.
∎ The color of approved strike-off must need to match with customer's standard.
∎ Candidate should need to pass Munsell 100 Hue test.
∎ Maintain graphic and print design for Men's, Women's and Kid's fashion.
∎ Create visual concepts of graphic and print/embroidery artwork by hand or translate into using computer software as per given concept direction by fashion designer/buyer.
∎ Responsible to illustrate concepts by designing artwork, all-over prints, position prints and embroidery design.
∎ Day to day follow up with print and embroidery unit to meet the deadlines.
∎ Need to keep out of the box thinking for making trendy and fashionable artworks.
∎ Assist management allocation.
∎ Creating variation of logos and finalize from appropriate authority.
∎ Collaborating with merchandise/quality team to develop design concepts that meet project objectives.
∎ Selecting appropriate typography, imagery, and color schemes to effectively convey the intended message.
∎ Conducting research and staying up-to-date with current design trends in apparel industry.
∎ Ensuring that all designs are compliant with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all mediums.
∎ Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with training of minimum 3 months or more from any fashion focused organization will be preferred.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and sound knowledge in branding.
∎ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of current design trends and industry developments.
