• Proven track record of handling European buyers like Hema, Armani, and DBI.

• Strong understanding of AQL, 4-point systems, and buyer compliance standards.

• Solid knowledge of knit fabric behavior and garment construction.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Karim Textiles Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented GPQ & Quality In-Charge for its knit garments division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, especially with international buyers such as Hema, Armani, and DBI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control quality throughout all production stages: fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
• Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections based on AQL standards.
• Ensure full compliance with buyer technical specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with buyer QA teams and third-party inspection agencies.
• Lead and train quality teams to minimize defects, rework, and rejections.
• Analyze and report on quality KPIs: DHU, Rejection %, Rework %, and CAPA.
• Maintain proper documentation for all quality processes and audits.
