Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Karim Textiles Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented GPQ & Quality In-Charge for its knit garments division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, especially with international buyers such as Hema, Armani, and DBI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control quality throughout all production stages: fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
- Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections based on AQL standards.
- Ensure full compliance with buyer technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with buyer QA teams and third-party inspection agencies.
- Lead and train quality teams to minimize defects, rework, and rejections.
- Analyze and report on quality KPIs: DHU, Rejection %, Rework %, and CAPA.
- Maintain proper documentation for all quality processes and audits.
