• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) preferred.

• Age At least 45 years

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Fan & Cables manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the Electronics Equipment / Home Appliances sector is mandatory.
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale production environments with a track record of efficiency and quality improvement. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern manufacturing and quality improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.

Position Purpose

The General Manager – Production (Fan & Cables) will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing all production activities to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing operations. The role requires strategic oversight of the production process, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational goals in the fan and cable manufacturing segment.

Duties & Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of fans and cables.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Quality Control teams to optimize production processes.
• Maintain and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet industry norms and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to monitor and continuously improve product quality.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, including supervisors and line staff, to achieve performance objectives.
• Prepare and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and performance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all production activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure production aligns with customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Support organizational growth through strategic planning, innovation, and leadership in manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and ensure that production meets customer specifications and delivery timelines.
