Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To guide the sales team with executable planning to ensure/achieve daily/weekly/monthly target.
∎ To maintain product availability as every shop with proper merchandising.
∎ To deploy/ appointment right distribution ensure distribution footprint as door steps as well as their returned of investment.
∎ To ensure follow up, monitoring and feedback to reach the ultimate goal of the organization.
∎ To lead, develop and train the team to make the high performance team.
∎ To identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective developments of sales & marketing.
∎ Develop the sales forecast & maintain accountability for sales goal achievement.
∎ Manage business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goal.
∎ Evaluate division performance & recommend new strategies for performance improvements.
∎ Update, maintain and awareness of market behavior & competitive activities to anticipate changing customer needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Candidates have experience on selling Fan & Cables product will get preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literate - Excel, PowerPoint & Words.
∎ Willingness to travel in regular basis and work in a team of professionals.
∎ Leadership quality, positive attitude, result oriented and extrovert.
