Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make sure capacity planning and booking to achieve monthly & yearly top line and bottom-line business growth plan.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective
∎ Decide what resources are required
∎ Draft a timescale for the job
∎ Estimate costs and set the quality standards
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
∎ Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
∎ Liaise among different departments, to make sure inter departmental co-ordination, co-operation and information flows. e.g., suppliers, managers
∎ Work with managers to implement the company’s mission, vision, policies and goals
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
∎ Product diversification, production process streamlining
∎ To keep team members well informed about company
∎ Process loss control/reduction
∎ Reduction of manpower cost by automation
∎ Capacity assessment of IE, production and implement all method for manufacturing excellence
∎ Set product mix and allocation of production capacity in consultation with marketing TEAM
∎ Make production budget and optimize expense
∎ Supervise and motivate the team of workers
∎ Review workers performance and make sure retention of potential employees
∎ Identify training needs and arrange upskill training in terms of communication, technical and conceptual in consultation with HR department
∎ Strengthen RND & DPD
∎ Preparation of factory KPI based on data/statistics/results/progress.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be handle intricate situations in a peaceful manner and take business clientele to the optimum level.
∎ Managing company’s supply portfolio, ensuring transparency of spending.
∎ Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategic.
