∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop relationships within the construction industry to generate new business opportunities.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Exhibit a high degree of motivation, energy, and creativity working in a fast-paced organization with management experience, preferably in sales or marketing
∎ Finding and developing new area of work.
∎ Formulating of annual business development plan for the target markets (SWOT analysis, market trends, existing and target clients, required resources, business development budget).
∎ Pursue new business opportunities and work with the Senior Management Team to proactively develop and nurture existing client relationships
∎ Build data-driven, scenario-based models to evaluate business impact of all types of strategic and business development initiatives (e.g., new business models, partnerships, investments etc.)
∎ Support the strategic planning process and strategy reviews.
∎ Any other job as per management requirement.
