∎ Public University graduates shall be preferred.
∎ At least BSc in civil 10 year(s) and Diploma in civil 15 year(s) experience.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction
Job Context:
∎ The Project Manager - Civil Construction is primarily responsible for overseeing the Construction of large Building projects. He will involve in the areas of planning, budgeting, resource allocation, worker coordination etc.
∎ Having experience in PWD building, River Jetty or Terminal Jetty projects.
∎ Candidates work in fidic contracts (World bank, JIC, ADB) shall be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
∎ Ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects
∎ Prepare project plan, work schedule and progress report
∎ Assess project estimations and budgets.
∎ Plan and review potential safety issues.
∎ Oversee construction site workers, and subcontractors.
∎ Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
∎ Perform other tasks as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in finishing work of civil construction
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Auto CAD Designing, Computer skill, Construction, Engineering Firm.
