Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline/ Higher Secondary Certificate

• Minimum 10–18 years of progressive experience in Denim / Woven Garments wash plants, with at least 5 years in a managerial/departmental leadership role.

• Strong expertise in Denim wash, Dry process, sustainability finishing, Enzyme / Bleach / Potassium / Laser wash techniques.

• Knowledge of ZDHC, RSL, MRSL, ETP, & sustainable chemical chemistry will be a preference.

Supervise a washing plant production unit comprising machines and a workforce which includes Production, Planning, Quality, Delivery, and Administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and operate the current system and technical advancement in the field of washing plants.

• Maintain operational guidelines, procedures, and practices.

• Follow up on the factory’s day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring workplace safety for the employees by maintaining a standard compliance policy to ensure an organized production floor.

• Preparing detailed plans & wash production forecasts, ensuring effective execution, handling brand wash team, and meeting their requirements.

• Prepare a schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash/ dyeing delegates depending on the workload and priority requirements as per CRD dates.

• Develop & monitor the samples with the required wash aesthetics/ chemical treatment (without any testing failure) with proper propositions as standard.

• Ensuring maximum efficiency & utilization of all machines, optimum production, and standard quality.

• Manage, Monitor, and Improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.

• Follow up and monitor Bulk washes, Garment washing, Finishing, Coordination, Sampling, and Target wash process cost.

• Ensure the quality of washed products / Garments and maintain product safety and compliance.

• Managing all types of washing chemical analysis that directly lead to the chemical preparation section and compliance.

• Work as a center point for the production unit to make decisions, solve problems and reduce work processes.

• Coordinate with the delivery section to ensure on-time shipment.

• Coordinate to handle the general and chemical store activities and ensure that every single piece of stuff is distributed with proper formalities and company policy.

• Prepare and monitor the monthly budget to achieve company goals. Analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage.

• Manage and sustain fully functional Effluent Treatment Plant activities.

• Coordination with the merchandisers, buying house representatives, and other relevant stakeholders to prepare process callouts, process recipes, testing callouts, and standardize washing specifications/ quality checks.
