Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ 10+ years of experience in the garment/apparel industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment production, merchandising, quality control, and supply chain management.
∎ Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in handling export markets, compliance, and financial management.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and expand business operations.
∎ Set performance goals and monitor overall business performance.
∎ Oversee production planning, execution, and on-time delivery of orders.
∎ Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize productivity.
∎ Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
∎ Maintain smooth coordination between different departments (Merchandising, Production, Quality Control, HR, etc.).
∎ Ensure that all garments meet international quality standards and buyer specifications.
∎ Work closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high-quality production.
∎ Ensure compliance with international labor laws, environmental regulations, and social responsibility policies.
∎ Supply Chain & Inventory Management
∎ Manage procurement and supply chain activities to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Optimize inventory levels to reduce costs and avoid stockouts.
∎ Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
∎ Control operational costs and ensure financial efficiency.
∎ Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper cash flow management.
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brands, and international clients.
∎ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements with clients and suppliers.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and teams.
∎ Implement training and skill development programs for employees.
∎ Promote a positive and productive work environment.
∎ Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Handle crisis management, such as production delays, quality issues, or compliance violations.
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with minimal disruptions.
