Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and coordinate all export-related operations, including documentation, packing lists, and shipment follow-ups.
Liaise with C&F agents, banks, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of export orders.
Book production orders and track consumption in the ERP system to maintain smooth workflow.
Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate packing lists and other commercial documents.
Handle expense-related issues and coordinate with finance for timely approvals and settlements.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
