∎ Age 22 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new international markets and develop strategies to increase export sales.
∎ Build relationships with international buyers, agents, and distributors.
∎ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas clients.
∎ Ensure all export documentation (Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) is prepared accurately.
∎ Stay updated on international trade regulations, export policies, and country-specific compliance requirements.
∎ Coordinate with customs authorities and ensure proper export clearance.
∎ Work closely with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of goods.
∎ Arrange transportation, freight forwarding, and shipping for international orders.
∎ Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any transit-related issues.
∎ Ensure all garments meet international quality standards and buyer requirements.
∎ Work with quality control teams to conduct inspections before shipments.
∎ Handle customer feedback and manage product complaints, if any.
∎ Manage Letter of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and other financial instruments related to exports.
∎ Ensure timely payment collection from international clients.
∎ Maintain cost efficiency in the export process to maximize profitability.
∎ Act as a bridge between buyers, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Maintain strong communication with factories, suppliers, and logistics partners.
∎ Provide regular reports on export performance and sales trends to senior management.
∎ Ensure adherence to sustainability and ethical sourcing policies.
