Job Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Operations of a Knit Garments factory. The ideal candidate must have strong production process and operations management skills, solid product knowledge, and the capability to manage large-scale production floors with resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, quality control, and customer service.

• Lead large-scale production floors, optimizing manpower, machinery, and resources. Collaborate with IE, quality, planning, merchandising, and technical teams.

• Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and operational excellence

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement & implement corrective actions.

• Lead and manage a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and employee development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

• Reduce waste, costs, and expenses to maximize profit. Renovate the resources & ensure their right utilization;

• Ensure safety, maintain a healthy work environment and coordinate among all departments to achieve the company`s goal
