Production, Production in Printing and Packaging Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage & overall control on Production, timely delivery of the products with required quality to our customers, costing and general administration, Pre –press, Production and Printing & finishing department and giving tasks to subordinate staff and follow up for getting work done in time.
∎ Reporting to Managing Director with daily and cumulative reports regarding production, stock and task to be done.
∎ On administration part, responsibilities include (not restricted to) safe guarding company’s interest on as aspect by tactfully manage every issues.
∎ Other tasks include business development, liaising with customers etc. This job basically involves running the entire factory and using all the resources and staff efficiently to manage and run the company to enable it to grow and generate a healthy profit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having good experience in large factory should only apply.
∎ The applicants should have excellent communication skill with strong track record and ability to develop new product.
∎ High skill needed for identify the Consumption and do Costing of any products.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Should have leadership and excellent communication skill.
