∎ Experience on production management in the jute industry is highly preferable.
∎ In-depth knowledge of jute manufacturing processes and machinery.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the entire production process, from raw jute to finished jute products.
∎ Developing and implementing production plans, ensuring efficient resource utilization and meeting deadlines.
∎ Managing production costs, optimizing resource allocation and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Monitoring production quality, ensuring compliance with standards and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Managing raw materials and finished goods to optimize production and minimize waste.
∎ Supervising and coordinating with workers & staff to ensure efficient production.
∎ In some cases, a GM may also be responsible for sales and marketing efforts, depending on the specific company structure.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
