Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Candidates from BUTEX (Bangladesh University of Textiles) will receive preference.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in knitting operations, circular knitting machine marketing, and production management.
• Strong understanding of knitting yarns, machine specifications, GSM, fabric structure, and knitting quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to keep 40 knitting machines running through effective marketing and operations strategy.
• Experience in managing teams and handling buyer/marketing communication is essential.

We are seeking a visionary, energetic, and result-oriented GM – Operations who will take full responsibility for marketing, managing, and ensuring the optimal operation of 40 circular knitting machines. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding, solid market connections, and proven experience in knitting operations.

Candidates from BUTEX will be given special priority.

Location: Taiyabpur, Jirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development

• Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure continuous and effective operation of 40 circular knitting machines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, factories, knitters, and sourcing teams to secure ongoing work orders.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand customer base, and meet monthly machine utilization targets.
• Prepare forecasts, analysis, and reports related to machine booking, order status, and marketing performance.

Operational Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the knitting unit to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor machine efficiency, maintenance needs, and overall utilization.
• Coordinate closely with knitting operators, supervisors, and technical teams to ensure productivity and quality.
• Implement effective planning and resource allocation to maximize machine output.

Leadership & Organizational Support

• Lead, guide, and motivate marketing and operational teams to achieve company goals.
• Ensure timely communication between management and technical departments.
• Maintain strict operational discipline, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Prepare and present monthly operational and marketing summaries to senior management.
• Maintain all necessary documentation, records, and client communications professionally.
• Handle client queries and provide timely solutions with a customer-focused approach.

Salary & Benefits: BDT 80,000 - 130,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience) Additional benefits will be offered as per company policy.
