Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible in giving leadership to the production floor covering manufacturing, HR, Admin, and Sustainability along with Compliance and Safety related set KPI's by the organization
∎ Overall responsibility to meet or exceed the monthly signed off plan vs actual allocated factory/ unit which will enable to meet the quarterly and annual targets
∎ Work with planning to optimize the loading to meet or exceed the budgeted efficiencies
∎ Ensure preproduction approvals and RM availability by close coordination with planning, supply chain and merchandising teams
∎ Continue improvements to reduce none value added operations and processes through technology, automation and digitization
∎ Ensure product quality KPI’s in line, end line, pre final and final is achieved as per customer acceptable level
∎ Implement and sustain brand quality management systems and achieve desired rating during customer audits
∎ Ensure manufacturing facility maintains highest standards of housekeeping (5S), compliance and safety as per brand/ legal requirements
∎ Create a harmonious work environment through active engagement of associates and management through various motivational and team building activities and active involvement with worker participation committee in designated factory/ unit
∎ Be an ambassador for the brand through active involvement in representing the respective factory/ unit in achieving organization goals in sustainability initiatives
∎ Develop a talent pipeline for the organization's future growth within through various training and development programs
∎ Ensure manufacturing SOP's are maintained
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Qualifications in lean manufacturing principles
∎ Technology, automation and process driven mindset
