Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the whole textile operations starting from orders plan wise yarn, Warp & Weft knitting, dyeing, fabrics finishing, Printing (AOP & Placement), embroidery, washing, Narrow Fabrics, Molding, Hook &Eye, label printing planning to production.
∎ Machine selection, Layout of machinery, Process Improvement for high level of productivity and quality.
∎ Evaluate Productivity & Performance of Business units by analyzing and interpreting data and skill matrix.
∎ Manage relationships with Internal & External Customers/Suppliers
∎ Increase the organization share in the international market.
∎ Assist the Board of Directors for present and new project planning.
∎ Yearly Business Plan.
∎ Monthly analytical report on textile production.
∎ Monthly Profitability Vs Productivity Analysis Report.
