Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Cash Requisition.
∎ Writing Cheques & Register, record in database & cheque sent to front desk for disbursement.
∎ Reconciliation of bank statements & factory advances.
∎ Perform banking activities regularly.
∎ Tally Entry of all transactions.
∎ Assist on MIS preparation for weekly or fortnightly.
∎ Maintaining petty cash and payment of cash expenses.
∎ Providing information & documents to external auditor for annual audit.
∎ Performing any other activities as per instruction of senior & top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Intention to Learn new work, apply and stay curious.
∎ Capable to work under pressure
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office
