Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from any reputed university.
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in textile engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Management Technology will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all merchandising activities since development to production till shipment.
∎ Responsible for product consumption, costing & pricing process and procedure of Knit garments.
∎ Ensure all customer requirements are met in production based on customer tech packs
∎ Execution of sourcing trims / accessories and do follow up with supplier for the raw material as per TNA.
∎ Conduct production meetings with the factories and QA team as per the allocated time and follow up with the factories on the progress of the orders.
∎ Book production space with factories in advance and maintain capacity utilization chart which is to be updated at all times.
∎ Select and visit different production, printing, and embroidery factories and build long-term relationships for future orders.
∎ Coordinate among all other operational departments of the factory and solve the problem.
∎ Ensure sample submission to respective buyers for approval.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and renowned customers
∎ Capable of leading a merchandising team professionally
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions
∎ Proficient in both written and spoken English
∎ Having excellent e-mail communication skill with MS office operation.
∎ Ability to do Consumption and Costing of various kinds of Knit garments & fabrics/yarns.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Should have strong knowledge about (Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print/Embroidery)
