Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Design, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design, NIFT design degree preferred
∎ Skills Required: Fashion Designing, fashion development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and development of new collections
∎ Market and online research, analysis of trends and other competitive brands
∎ Buyer's presentation and creating trend boards as per new season requirements
∎ Fabric and trim sourcing, negotiating prices with suppliers
∎ New fabric & print development as per requirement
∎ CAD and graphic design
∎ Photographing and cataloguing new collections
∎ Specific presentation as per buyer's requirement and new season trends
∎ Sample room management
∎ Coordination with factory for collecting new samples
∎ Showroom display etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only candidates who have relevant working experience in garments industry are encourage to apply.
∎ Candidate must have practical woven Garments Design experience.
∎ Should have an excellent 2D/ 3D sketch designing & Sample making capability
∎ Should be skilled in Graphic Designing through Illustrator, Photoshop and other designing software.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
