Additional Requirements: Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in HR, administration, and corporate affairs, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Candidates with experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry will be given preference.

Job Summary:
The General Manager – HR, Admin & Corporate Affairs will play a critical role in shaping the organizational culture, ensuring policy compliance, overseeing strategic human resource planning, and managing administrative and corporate functions across the Group. This position requires a highly experienced leader with proven capabilities in people management, communication, legal coordination, and corporate governance.
Reporting To:
This position will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development, payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Design, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company values.
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with the Group’s vision and operational goals.
- Foster a productive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment while handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
- Monitor workforce performance and initiate career development and succession planning programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records using Human Resource & Talent Management (HRTM) systems.
Administration & Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Group, ensuring office infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
- Implement effective facility management policies, travel logistics, fleet, vendor coordination, procurement, and asset management procedures.
- Ensure the effective execution of administrative protocols and regulatory compliance across all company offices and project sites.
- Corporate Affairs & Board Coordination:
- Act as liaison between senior management, the board of directors, and employees.
- Coordinate and document Board of Directors’ meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and circulate outcomes.
- Manage correspondence and interactions with legal advisors regarding contract drafting, review, and vetting of official agreements and MoUs.
- Provide administrative and logistic support for the overseas travel of board members and senior staff.
- Plan and execute Group-level events, including retreats, training workshops, and annual gatherings.
Communication & Documentation:
- Ensure high standards in business communication—both verbal and written—across the organization.
- Draft clear and concise reports, internal memos, HR manuals, legal correspondence, and board briefs under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold corporate governance, compliance, and brand representation.
Office Timing:
- Saturday - Thursday
- 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
