Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Import/Export).
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and rate negotiations to secure business.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high service satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote freight forwarding services.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, and online promotions.
Create marketing collateral—brochures, presentations, case studies, and customer proposals.
Participate in industry trade shows, logistics exhibitions, and networking events.
Support brand-building activities and maintain a strong market presence.
